Referral fees and payment method

1. Referral fees is 20% on the sales amount. Sales must be confirmed by our online secure order processor, shareit.com. Contact our sales department for more info if you wish to purchase using Paypal.
   
2. We will pay you on a monthly basis and when the amount reach USD 50.00. If the amount is less than USD 50.00, it will be accumulated to next month. You can also set the threshold amount higher than USD 50.00. The payment date is 15th of each month.
   
3. For international affiliate (non Malaysian), you can select to be paid by paypal or wire transfer. We will not charge for wire transfer fee or processing fee. Your receiving bank may charge service fee for receiving the amount, please check with your bank. For Malaysian affiliate, you will be paid through local bank transfer.

2. How much does it cost to become an affiliate?

There is no joining or setup fee for participating in our affiliate program. There is no minimum sales requirement before you start earning referral fee. You start earning right away.

3. Does my Web site qualify for the affiliate program?

Most Web sites will qualify to participate in the program; however, we may reject Web sites that we determine are unsuitable. Examples of sites that would NOT qualify for participation include:

• Sites that promote sexually explicit material
• Sites that promote violence
• Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Sites that promote illegal activities
• Sites that violate intellectual property rights

4. How does Ceek Software keep track of sales from my site?

When you join our program, you will be given an unique URL. The URL include your affiliate ID. Place this link in your site. Every time a visitor click on the link and come to our site, we will be able to identify which affiliate sent the visitor to us. At the end of each month, we will email you a sales report.

5. How can you make sure that all of my referrals are accounted for?

There are two methods to track your sales: You can choose to rely on the affiliate ID, which is contained in your unique order link, or you can have us place a cookie on the user's machine with your affiliate ID stored in it. If the user purchases the software at a later time, the cookie will be recognized and the sale assigned to you. Reseller can also use a direct order link to make a purchase and recorded the sales as theirs.
