from the report preview window. No third party fax program is require. User must install the Topsales fax add-on accessory.

Typical usage for this function:
a) attach report to email and send to recipient.
b) add report to MS Word or Powerpoint document and distribute to recipient.
c) Report save as picture file cannot be editable. Useful if you do not want recipient
to change report content.
