New features in Basic/Personal/Professional Edition
1) Contact profile list add order by company name tab.
2) Company profiles (Tasks > Company profiles) function add web search
button. When web search button is pressed, company name will be auto
filled into google search text box.
Company address will be auto filled into MapQuest search box.
3) Company profiles record add contacts tab. Contacts tab will lists
contacts link to a company.

New features in Basic/Personal/Professional Edition
1) Add remember password option in user preferences (Tools>User
Preferences).
User can use this feature for quick login. Reminder: If you are sharing
this PC with another user, it is not recommended to use this feature.
2) Contact list (View>Contact List) function add picture tab. Picture
tab shows contact picture that is link to the contact profile.
3) Internet favorites function is renamed Bookmarks Manager to reflect
new features added.
4) Bookmark record add last visit date and number of visit field.
5) New function: Web browser. Access from Tasks > Bookmark Manager.
Using web browser to visit a site, the last visit date and number of
visits will be updated to the bookmark record. Future version will add
the ability to schedule a visit to a site.

1) System Settings add option to set contact profile picture folder.
Rule use in searching picture file is first use the full path name in
picture file name field in contact profile. If picture file is not
found, system will then use the picture folder defined in system setting to search
for the picture file.
2) User preference add green bar effect option setting. Access from
Tools > User Preferences > Browse list. User can set green bar effect
for contact profile and company profile lists. Green bar effect will
improve readability.

1) New: Navigation pane. This side toolbar will shows active Topsales
users on a local area network and lets user define shortcut for
frequently used functions. To customize navigation pane go to Tools >
User Preferences. There is also a send message to users on a network in
the navigation pane.

database for quick login.

account status and credit details.
2) New function: tax code list. Access from Tasks > Sales menu. Tax code
will be used in invoice tax computation. Multiple taxes is now allowed.
Example: You have 3 taxes: National sales tax, state sales tax and city
tax.
3) Invoice record entry window add discount, shipping charges and tax
code field. User can choose single tax rate or consolidated tax rate.
4) Invoice item entry window add taxable item check box. To calculate
tax for this item sold, check the taxable check box.
5) Sales setting add auto calculate tax option and option to compute tax
for shipping charges.
6) Add control for delivery note inventory record entry . Only customer
account is allow.
