CeekSoft Chart Program User Guide

Chart program is included in the Topsales installation package.
Program file name is chartz.exe. Chartz.exe requires Windows .Net framework 4.0 or above to run.

Predefined charts available from Topsales > View > analysis > contact menu:
1) User field
2) Sales areas
3) Sales leads
4) Business cities
5) Business states
6) Business countries
7) Last 12 months contact added
8) Contact category
9) Contact type
10) Contact assigned to user

Predefined charts available from Topsales > View > analysis > activities menu:
1) activity type
2) contact atcivities

Predefined charts available from Topsales > From View > analysis > sales menu:
1) 12 months sales
2) Product sales - Top 20
3) Product sales - Top 10
4) Sales analysis by salesman - Top 10
5) Sales analysis by salesman - Top 20
6) Sales analysis by customer - Top 10
7) Sales analysis by customer - Top 20

File menu
1) New - crate a new chart
2) Open - open and existing chart. Chart file extension is .xml.
3) Save - save the current active chart
4) Save as - save the current active chart to another file name
5) Chart page setup - setup chart printer page
6) Preview - chart print preview
7) Print - print the current active chart
8) Close - close the current active chart
9) Recent Chart Files - shows te last 10 recently used chart file
9) Exit - Exit chart program

Edit menu
1) Copy chart to clipboard - copy chart to clipboard as image

View menu
1) Property window - shows chart property window
2) Tool bar - shows toolbar
3) Status bar - shows status bar at bottom of main window

Tools menu
1) Options - shows the options window.

Window menu
1) New window - run another instance of chart program
2) List of active charts
